Eric Hooper is a partner in the law firm of Moore, Clarke, DuVall & Rodgers, P.C. Eric practices in the firm’s Wealth and Business Planning Group. His expertise lies in taxation, trusts and estate planning, corporate law, partnership law, probate (including guardianships and conservatorships) and the administration of estates and trusts.

He is a graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point and the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. Eric also holds an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. Eric served as a Trust and Estates Fellow with the Real Property, Trust and Estates Section of the American Bar Association from 2013 - 2015. He also served as an inaugural Young Leader with the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel from 2015 - 2017.

Eric has served as an adjunct professor in partnership taxation at the Walter F. George School of law. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Economics and Technology of the Practice Committee for the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section, and as a member of the Community Outreach and Membership Standing Committees.
