Taylor Poncz is Of Counsel at Drew, Eckl & Farnham, where she has been practicing law for over a decade. She focuses her practice exclusively in the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims for employers, insurers and self-insurers throughout Georgia. She has experience serving clients in many industries, including construction, food & beverage, city and county government and international businesses with local manufacturing plants. In 2016, Ms. Poncz was selected as a Georgia Rising Stars®, voted on by her peers as one of Atlanta’s best lawyers. 

Hon. Larry B. Mims presided over civil and misdemeanor criminal cases for over fourteen years as a trial judge in the State Court of Tift County in Tifton, Georgia. Following his retirement from the bench in 2014, Mims resumed the practice of law by joining the law firm Reinhardt, Whitley, Summerlin and Pittman, P.C. in Tifton where his practice primarily consists of mediation, civil litigation, insurance defense, school law and trusts and estates. (in August 2018, the firm name changed to Pittman and Mims, P.C.) He has successfully mediated Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Business Disputes, Premises Liability, Employment and Domestic Relations cases over the past four years throughout Georgia. Prior to his service on the bench, Mims participated in over 100 jury trials as a trial lawyer, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal cases.
